I ride three times a week (English) and I have to say, I think yoga has been my saving grace! If you have stiffness, tightness, tension or soreness in your body, this class will help you work through it which in turn will benefit your riding. This is a 20 minute yoga class suitable for beginners and all levels. No previous yoga experience is necessary and even if you aren’t an equestrian, you’ll probably love the way this stretch feels! These are the stretches I usually do when I get home from my lesson. They will work a lot on your inner thighs, quads, ankles and lower back but of course we will also get a few stretches in for our back and shoulders. It’s a well rounded
