Rotator Cuff Activation Class

Here’s a short but effective rotator cuff activation class using a light dumbbell. If you don’t have a little dumbbell, try a bottle of water or can of soup. You truly don’t need a lot of weight for this to be effective. These moves are similar to the moves you’d see in my Posture Programming – the beginning tier of my Intention Factor® Programming.
