Play with ankle circles and wiggling the toes; a lot of tension throughout the body can be felt in the feet. From here we’ll get into a juicy cat stretch twist, where you can experiment with motion and stillness, whichever feels best in your body at this moment. Then we’ll release some lactic acid buildup with a little gentle tapping (my favorite!) and go in
