DAY 4 – In this pilates yoga workout we continue our work on opening, strengthening, mobilizing our whole body preparing you for summer activities or helping you get back into shape.😍 We start with a slow floor pilates yoga sequence opening, back, ribs, hips, working on pelvic floor elasticity, activating deep front myofascial line, helping you reconnect to your inner support. We introduce vinyasa style transitions integrating flexibility, mobility & strength you were building before and adding more 😊. You will feel a nice connection to the core center, nice support through the legs, and noticeable realignment in your posture.
