In this class we are building up on top of two previous yoga classes. From sitting & knee poses we are moving up to our feet to build strength, improve balance & ground . Get more confident when we are on our legs and moving through life.🤩
We integrate full body stretches but have lots of leg work involved with holds & pulses. Stretch : hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, inner thighs, glutes, ribcage, chest, neck, shoulders, back, feet, it band
Tone: quads, hamstrings, glutes, glutes, calves
Mobility: spine, ribcage, hips, pelvis, ankles
