Welcome, thanks for joining me in today’s 30 minute slow flow deep stretch yoga practice! This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. This is great if you have tight hips and we’ll also work on some hamstring stretches, backbends and shoulder openers.
No props are needed and we’ll go through poses like cow face pose, pigeon, standing splits, square pose bow and triangle.
