16 Minute Bodyweight Posterior Chain Strengthening Class for Better Posture

Here is a sixteen minute bodyweight posterior chain strengthening class. This focuses primarily on strengthen the muscles of the back of the body (also known as the posterior chain) and that helps to even out the musculature for improved posture. Our posture tends to suffer from longterm sitting in a slouched position. This positioning lengthens the muscles through the upper back and glutes and tends to power down the core.
