1 HOUR YOGA FLOW TO OPEN HEART – Increase Energy & Feel Vibrant | DAY 5

Day 5 – This full body yoga workout will help you stretch & awaken head to toes with special focus on opening your heart center & activating your heart chakra. It builds up on everything we’ve done in previous classes and is a more intermediate sequence. Modify as needed & listen to your body 😍 We slowly awaken the body with seated sequence, then incorporate some toes/foot stretches to improve balance & help you feel more grounded . We move to standing sequence preparing your body to enter wheel pose at the end of the practice.
